Since 1938 - more than 80 years ago - UFCW Local 1445 has been fighting for the rights and dignity of workers and their families in Northeast New England.
What do we fight for? Living wages! Affordable quality healthcare! Safe workplaces! Benefits, sick pay, paid holidays and vacations! Overtime and premium pay! DIGNITY AND RESPECT ON THE JOB!
Antiunion corporations and organizations try to divide us, but when union members stick together and stand together against whatever roadblocks may get thrown in our way, we will prevail! Our UNITY is our STRENGTH!
